"中交天津航道局有限公司职工中等专业学校是中交天津航道局有限公司所属的一所国企成人中专学校。同时是中国交通建设股份有限公司管理学院天津疏浚分院。学校主要是以航海专业为基础，涉及机械、电子、人文及其它相关陆上学科专业职业教育、继续教育的综合性培训基地。\n学校开办于1973年，1986年经交通部批准和天津市教委备案成立天津航道局职工中等专业学校，是天津地区最早开展船员培训的单位。现在是国家海事局船员培训项目和船员岗前职业培训许可校；大连海事大学继续教育学院天津函授站；中国地质大学（武汉）天津学习中心；天津市教委核批的社会力量办学许可校；市劳动和社会保障局认可的职业技能鉴定站。年培训人次在5000人左右。\n学校教师专业结构合理，有较强的师资队伍，具备高、中级专业技术职称，大多数毕业于航海院校，具有二年以上海上工作经历和近十年以上教龄，有着丰富的教学经验。多数教师在市、局级刊物上发表过论文或出版过教材。\n学校地理位置优越，地处滨海新区塘沽行政文化中心地带。占地面积7210.44平方米，分为主校区和实操基地两部分，建筑面积13606多平方米。教室18个，其中计算机教室1个，多媒体语音教室1个。电工、钳工、车工、电焊、电力拖动、可运行气动柴油机、船舶动力拆装、船用空调系统、船用锅炉、油水分离器、造水机、艇筏、水手、消防、海图作业、电子海图显示与信息系统、驾驶台资源管理、机舱资源管理等各类实验室、车间十多个。水上实操基地一个。图书室、电子阅览室藏书万余册。后勤服务配套设施齐备。\n学校坚持以质量求生存，以特色求发展，注重扎实的理论基础，娴熟的实践技能以及科学的知识结构相结合的教学导向。同时充分发挥技术密集型企业的知识优势，广泛与大专院校合作，不断扩展培训领域。学校在教学培训各环节质量活动均设立了文件化程序，通过了国家海事局船员教育和培训质量体系认证。教学组织完备，规章制度健全，培训质量稳定，办学培训合格率保持在较好水平。\n学校地址：天津市滨海新区塘沽中心路1号",
